1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales made at Decatur Halal Meat & Cafe are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, processed, or prepared. This includes cooked food, raw meat, marinated items, and custom cuts.

2. Order Confirmation & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for confirming all order details, including quantity, cut, weight, and preparation. Decatur Halal Meat & Cafe is not responsible for incorrect orders due to customer error.

3. Meat & Food Handling Disclaimer

Once food or meat products leave our premises, proper storage, handling, and consumption are the sole responsibility of the customer. Decatur Halal Meat & Cafe is not liable for spoilage, contamination, illness, or quality issues arising after pickup or delivery.

4. Delivery Liability Disclaimer

Once an order has been handed over to a delivery driver or third-party delivery service, Decatur Halal Meat & Cafe assumes no liability for:

Delivery delays

Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

Lost, stolen, or damaged items

Temperature changes during transit

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5. No Liability After Dispatch

All products are deemed accepted once dispatched. Decatur Halal Meat & Cafe is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction after the order has left our location.

6. Health & Allergy Notice

Customers must inform staff of any food allergies before placing an order. While reasonable precautions are taken, Decatur Halal Meat & Cafe cannot guarantee that food or meat products are free from allergens.

7. Force Majeure

Decatur Halal Meat & Cafe is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Decatur Halal Meat & Cafe reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.

9. Acceptance of Terms
